Hey y’all, I’m Rachael Williams!

 

I have two wonderful little boys, the youngest is a heart warrior so things get a little crazy around here sometimes.  I am a true Disney kid, and can burst into song at any moment.  I am a University of Alabama alumni, Roll Tide.  And I am the owner and baker here at Williams House Confections!

 

I am a certified Cottage Law in Madison, Alabama.  That means that I have taken the food and safety courses and that I do all my baking out of my home kitchen.  But I was not always a baker, I used to work a 9-5 in the government world and bake in my down time after my boys went to bed.  In March of 2021 I was able to take that leap to become a full-time mom and baker.  When I am not spending time with my boys you can usually find me in the kitchen trying something new.
